Fan Zhou is a Chinese soprano born in Lanzhou, China. She graduated in 2020 from the Accademia Verdiana at the Teatro Regio di Parma in Italy and further completed advanced training in 2023 at the Accademia di perfezionamento per cantanti lirici at Teatro alla Scala in Milan, under the guidance of Luciana D’Intino. She has also refined her skills through masterclasses with renowned artists such as Renata Scotto, Mariella Devia, and Barbara Frittoli.
Fan Zhou has won several international awards, including recognition for the role of Musetta at the 75th AsLiCo International Competition, second prize at the 56th Voci Verdiani International Competition in Busseto, and prizes at other prestigious contests such as the Magda Olivero and Salvatore Licitra competitions.
