She was born in 1981 in Jonava. She graduated from Klaipėda University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Puppet Theatre Directing (course supervisors Jūratė Januškevičiūtė and Linas Zubė).
Gintarė Radvilavičiūtė has created performances in Lithuanian and foreign theatres: Vilnius Puppet Theatre, Klaipėda Puppet Theatre, Vilnius Youth Theatre, Kaunas State Puppet Theatre, Liepaja Puppet Theatre (Latvia), Bialystok Puppet Theatre (Poland). She has attended puppet theatre courses in France and Germany. Participates in art exhibitions, international puppet theatre festivals. Since 2004 she has been a member of the "Lithuanian National UNIMA Centre".
For her 2014 performance "The Sandman" at the Vilnius Puppet Theatre, the author, director and puppeteer and her creative team were awarded the Golden Stage Cross in the category of puppet and object theatre. In 2013, the artist was nominated for this award for the set design of the performance "Šalia" at the Klaipėda Puppet Theatre. At the Aitvaras International Puppet Theatre Festival in Alytus, G. Radvilavičiūtė's performances "Vienintelė" (2004), "Vištytė ir gaidelis" (2005), "Žirafa su sočno" (2006) were recognised as the best puppet performances. In 2004, G. Radvilavičiūtė's performance "Vienintelė" represented the Lithuanian Puppet Theatre School at the International Puppet Theatre Schools Festival in Bialystok (Poland), and was awarded the Ministry of Culture's prize for the best debut of the year.
