Curly Strings is a four-piece acoustic band inspired by Estonia's cultural heritage.
The band's music is sincere and original, and their performances are always playful and energetic. Their work is based on the aesthetics of traditional music, a variety of sounds, and a unique Baltic flavour.
In 2013, the band rose to fame in Estonia and became a unique act: the traditional music artists went on to win national music awards and were the most popular in the music stores for over a year.
The band's albums "Pidu meiseneses", "Curly Strings ja sõbrad-Lastele", "Hoolima", "Üle ilma" have won various Estonian national awards. The band has won at the European Bluegrass Festival.
