painter, watercolourist , sketch artist. In 1977-1982 she studied at the Vilnius Art Institute, where she graduated in Monumental Painting. Since 1988 a member of the Lithuanian Artists’ Union. She has held over 30 solo exhibitions, participated in many group exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad, and is a participant of many plein air exhibitions. In 2010 I. Budryte was awarded the Grand Prix in the watercolour biennial “Baltic Bridges”. I. Budryte has created monumental works – frescoes in Vilnius University Hospital and Antakalnis Clinics. The author’s works are in the collection of the MO Museum in Vilnius, as well as in private Lithuanian and foreign collections.
