Irmantas Kovaliovas is a Lithuanian artist and photographer born on October 3, 1975, in Dusetos, Lithuania. He studied at Dusetų Kazimiero Būgos secondary school from 1982 to 1993. Kovaliovas is known for his photographic work, including a personal exhibition titled "(PPP) Pagirtinai pastabus pilietis: mobilografija tarp įpročio ir intencijos" at the Kaunas Photography Gallery in April 2025, which explores mobile photography as a conscious and conceptual act. His debut exhibition reflects his artistic vision where photography stimulates curiosity and admiration.
