An opera singer by education, composer and conductor by passion, as well as a producer of music and television projects. He artistically directs the Mazowiecki Musical Theater named after Jan Kiepura in Warsaw, and is also the artistic director of the Music Festival "Ostrołęckie Operalia".He graduated with honors from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw (prof. Robert Cieśla's class) at the vocal and acting department. He gave concerts in many cities in Poland, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Germany and Norway, as well as in China and the United States.He is the author of music to the concert "Cantata Przemienienia", as well as the song promoting the film "Zerwanie kłos". In 2017, the premiere of the work with his music and libretto by Jerzy Binkowski took place at Krzeptówki in Zakopane - the cantata "Totus Tuus - All Yours" on the 20th anniversary of John Paul II's visit to Podhale. The concert was televised in the Włocławek cathedral (in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, National Center for Culture and Television) on September 10, 2020 with the participation of outstanding Polish soloists, choir and symphony orchestra under his direction.Jakub Milewski has several albums to his credit, including the aforementioned "Cantata of Przemienienia" (CD + recorded under his direction, published by Edycja św. Paweł, as well as as a soloist of, among others, "Songs of the Warsaw Uprising in new arrangements by Włodzimierz Korcza" Korcza", published by the R. Traugutt Philharmonic in Warsaw, or "Historical Songs" recorded at the Polish Radio Concert Studio and published by the 1863.pl Foundation. Britten and "The Haunted Manor" by S. Moniuszko (UMFC/Teatr Wielki Opera Narodowa/Swietokrzyska Philharmonic) and "The Marriage of Figaro" in the title role (Polish Royal Opera). He was a scholarship holder at the Conservatorio Statale di Musica G. Rossini in Pesaro (Italy).In 2018, he was awarded the PRO MASOVIA commemorative medal by the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for outstanding achievements in the field of culture and promoting the region in Poland and abroad, and in 2019 he received a badge of honor for his services to the City of Ostrołęka.
