Jurgis Juozapaitis graduated from the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts (2005) and entered the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater Prof. P. Radzevičius' viola class. Here Prof. J. Kaliūnaitė and prof. He completed his bachelor's (2009), master's (2011) and art doctoral studies (2015) in the viola classes of Mr. Radzevičius, and defended his doctorate in art. In 2006-2007 he interned at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris (Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris) prof. P. H. Xuereb in the viola class and A. Meunier in the chamber ensemble class.
The violist often performs as a soloist and chamber music performer. As a soloist, he has played with the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, LMTA student symphony orchestra, "New Era Orchestra" (Ukraine), performed with the Čiurlionis String Quartet, participated in many master classes in Lithuania and abroad. He is a member of the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra and the Claviola trio. An important place in the concert activity is occupied by the music of Lithuanian composers - it is the first of the following composers: J. Andrejevos, O. Balakauskas, V. Germanavičiaus, U. Giedraitytė, J. Juozapaitis, J. Jurkūnas, A. Kubiliūnas, R. Mačiliūnaitės, A. Maslekovos, A. Mikoliūnas, M. Natalevičius and others. - the artist of the works.
Jurgis Juozapaitis participated in many viola and chamber music masterclasses led by famous professors, including: J. Kluson, A. Kouyoumdjian, H. Kefer, H. Beyerle, A. Keller, W. Klos, M. da Silva, etc. participated in international and republican competitions, in 15 of which he received laureate diplomas: laureate of the II prize of the international M. Elskis viola competition in Minsk (2007); 2nd place at the international "Val Tidone" chamber music competition in Italy (2010); 38 - in the international chamber music competition "Lyceum Club International de Suisse" (2012) in Switzerland, he became a finalist and won the special prize, 19 - in the international European chamber music competition in Illzach, France, he won the 1st place (2015).
