Kaja was born in Moscow to a pianist and a Lithuanian diplomat. She lived in Copenhagen (Denmark) for three years, where she attended an international school, swimming, modern dance, art and gymnastics classes. The talented girl enjoys playing table tennis and drawing. She started studying music at the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts, and is currently a sophomore piano major. Kaja can already be proud of her achievements in national and international competitions and of the experience she has gained in masterclasses of foreign professors. Her most notable achievements are first prizes in the international piano competitions Trofeo Musicale and Riga Piano. Kaja and her younger sister Klėja gave their first recital at the Music Gallery in Vilnius a few months ago, and immediately afterwards the girls made their solo debut with an orchestra in Latvia.
