Karolis was born in 1981 in Kelme. In 2005 he graduated from Klaipėda University, Faculty of Arts, with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and a professional qualification as an event director. In 2010 he obtained a Master's degree in Social Pedagogy at Klaipėda University, Faculty of Pedagogy.
Since 2003 - theatre teacher at Klaipėda Simonas Dachas progymnasium, theatre teacher and director of the school. Since 2011 - instructor of the D. Olweus bullying prevention programme. Since 2013 Erasmus + project leader of the project "iNimation in Clay" in Lithuania. ), director and coordinator of the "Youth March" (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011), "The Tall Ships'Races Baltic 2009″ (Klaipėda).
