Laurynas was born in 1982. in a family of musicians. As a child, he sang in choirs directed by his mother, later he played trumpet in his father's brass band. However, he became interested in playing seriously in 1998. when he started his studies at Klaipėda St. Šimkaus Conservatory in the class of expert V. Nemaniūnas. During the study year, recitals were organized. He played as a soloist with the Symphony Orchestra of Lithuania Minor. in 2002 continued his studies at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater prof. A. In Kontauto's class. in 2005 entered the Malmö Music Academy, where he studied for four years. He also received his master's degree here. During this period, he learned the characteristics of playing the trumpet from the well-known pedagogues and soloists around the world, prof. Bo Nilsson and prof. Hakan Hardenberger. During his studies, he played in the "Aero Brass" ensemble led by H.Hardenberger. For some time he worked in the Malmö Opera Theater Orchestra. As a guest musician, he played in Helsingborg, Malmö symphony orchestras. In the master classes, he learned from such internationally acclaimed trumpet players as: Chris Martin (New York Philharmonic), Tom Hooten (Los Angeles Philharmonic), Michael Sachs (Cleveland Symphony Orchestra), John Hagstrom (Chicago Symphony Orchestra), Malcolm McNab (who has recorded more than 1000 soundtracks in Hollywood studios), Matthias Hoffs (German Brass), Ole Edvard Antonsen and many others. soloist of the music ensemble "Ventus Musicale". Also trumpeter of the Vilnius Baroque Theater. As a soloist he performed with the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, Lithuanian Saint Christopher Chamber Orchestra, Klaipėda and Musica Humana Chamber Orchestras. He conducted master classes and seminars not only in many Lithuanian cities, but and in Latvia, Poland, Georgia and China. He actively participates in various musical projects. Since 2009 Teacher of trumpet specialty, orchestral parts, related instrument, docent of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater.
