One of the co-authors and producers of the CD series "Lietuvos Didieji" (Great Lithuanians), the first series of classical music compact discs in Lithuania, released seven CDs since 1997, including Violeta Urmanavičiūtė-Urmana. He also led and co-produced the compact disc "Nomeda Kazlaus. The Dramatic Art of a Soprano." He was born on October 8, 1968, in Telšiai. In 1993, he graduated from the piano and concertmaster class from Prof. Birutė Vainiūnaitė at LMA, and in 1995, he completed an assistantship under Prof. Birutė Vainiūnaitė and senior assistant Audronė Kisieliūtė. Currently, he works at the B. Dvarionas Decade Music School. In 1999, he attended the master classes of Prof. A. Bondurianskij at the Moscow Conservatory, and in 2004, he studied under Larissa Gergieva, Vladimir Atlantov, and Gustav Djupsjobacka (Mikkeli, Finland). He participated in concerts at the National Philharmonic, Lithuanian Artists' Palace, Vilnius City Hall, LMA, Usedomer (Germany), and Suggia (Portugal) festivals. He held larger concerts in Germany, Italy, Latvia, Russia, Poland, Portugal, and Croatia. He performs in numerous cities in Lithuania and is a regular pianist for Nomeda Kazlauskaitė-Kazlaus. He is an accompanist for Regina Maciūtė, Inesa Linaburgytė, Česlovas Nausėda, Sofia Jonaite, Nijolė Penikaitė, Artūras Kozlovskis, Nida Grigalavičiūtė, Nomeda Vilkanauskaitė-Kukulskeinė, Regina Šilinskaitė, Nijolė Kniukštaite, Gintaras Liaugminas, Sigutė Trimakaitė, Ignas Misiūra-Tumanovas, Aušra Cicėnaite, tubist Laimonas Masevičius, and cellist Gleb Pyšniakas. L. Dužinskas recorded pieces for the national radios of Lithuania and Latvia.
