I am a Doctor of Social Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy, Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. For two decades I worked as a music teacher in Trakai Vytautas Magnus Gymnasium (expert teacher category), and in 2005 I was awarded the Teacher of the Year Award.
In 1996-2000 I studied at the doctoral programme of the then Vilnius Pedagogical University (now the Academy of Education of Vytautas Magnus University). Combining my pedagogical and scientific experience, I developed the method of Emotional Simulation, which became the subject of my dissertation - "Application of the method of Emotional Simulation in the development of pupils' musical culture".
