Loreta Stirbytė- Skruibienė was born in 1961. In Raseiniai district. Education Department of Art Pedagogy of the Vilnius Art Institute. In 1986, she founded a puppet theater studio in Alytus, from 1990 to 1993 she worked as an artist-scenographer in the city theater studio. in 1996 Founds the puppet theater "Aitvara", where she works as an art director, artist and director to this day. In addition to theatrical activities, he participates in exhibitions, where he exhibits paintings and created dolls.
Loreta is a professional artist-puppeteer who created 49 puppet theater repertory performances, the initiator and organizer of the international puppet theater festival-competition "Aitvaras", the initiator and educator of many theater educational programs, the generator of creative ideas for the "Aitvaras" puppet theater; In 2006-2013, he created the children's TV show "Tele-lēlinija" on Dzūkijos television; Since 2005, she has been a member of the international organization of puppeteers in Lithuania, UNIMA and Asitej;
