Loreta Stirbytė- Skruibienė was born in 1961. In Raseiniai district. Education Department of Art Pedagogy of the Vilnius Art Institute. Loreta is a professional artist-puppeteer who created 49 puppet theater repertory performances, the initiator and organizer of the international puppet theater festival-competition "Aitvaras", the initiator and educator of many theater educational programs, the generator of creative ideas for the "Aitvaras" puppet theater; In 2006-2013, he created the children's TV show "Tele-lēlinija" on Dzūkijos television; Since 2005, she has been a member of the international organization of puppeteers in Lithuania, UNIMA and Asitej;
