Mamen Baños comes from a family with a deep flamenco tradition, so flamenco is in her blood. She began her dance and choreography studies at the Conservatory of Murcia, and continued them at Amor de Dios, Spain's most important and prestigious flamenco dance school in Madrid. She is currently choreographer of Ballet Español Antares, Ballet Flamenco Soji Kojima and Ballet Flamenco del Cante de las Minas.
Guillermo Ojados began studying the art of dance at the age of six with teacher Antonia Ramos. Later, he continued his studies with top flamenco dance professionals. His performance skills have been recognised with the main prize of the Danza Orbe competition. For the past five years he has been a member of the Compañía Murciana de Danza, a conservatory in Murcia, and has danced on the stages of the most important theatres in Spain and throughout Europe. In 2017, after graduating in Arte Flamenco, he became director and choreographer of the Compañía de Danza.
