Peter Pontikis is born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. As his thesis project at the Royal Institute of art, Peter directed the short film 'the Gift'. After graduation he alternated between, commercials, art, and film projects where sometimes the artforms merged into projects like the VR-installation “Oh Deer!” In 2022 he directed the drama Bullets and is currently working on his third feature.
