Raul Kohli (star of the popular BBC podcast Comic Sanskrit) has quickly become one of the world's most attractive actors. As one of the few Asians who grew up in the far north of England (Newcastle-upon-Tyne), he is blessed with a worldview that denies ethnic, cultural and class belonging. Combining "brilliant political comedy" (The Scotsman) with surreal storytelling, Raoul Kohli is a recognised name in comedy. His debut Edinburgh Fringe show, Newcastle Brown Male, was one of BBC Radio 4, The Huffington Post and The Skinny's top picks for the 2016 Fringe, while his latest, All My Heroes Are Dead, In Prison or Touched By Your Nanny, was nominated in the Best Show category at the Leicester Comedy Festival.
Raul has been involved in: BBC Sounds, BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 3, BBC Scotland, BBC Asia Network, BBC News TalkRADIO, The Guardian, The Telegraph and Skinny on air
