Great themes such as time, communication, relationships, but also personal experiences run through Regina Hübner's work. She conceives complex works and projects, with which she creates installation creations in relation to the environment, which she calls settings. She also collaborates with visual artists, writers, musicians, scientists and intellectuals, to whom she is linked by esteem and friendship and creates interactions with special people, the so-called Protagonists. Conceptual theorization is an integral part of her works and can develop through conversations and symposiums. Regina Hübner uses different media, such as experimental photography, video, performance, environment, sound, concept and text, including subjects and objects often with autobiographical links. The moving image, which expands in time and space, is congenial to her. The reversal of procedures, transformation, silence, slowdown or acceleration are recurring visual elements.
