Graduated from the Lithuanian Conservatory in 1962. In 1963–65 worked at the Lithuanian Radio and Television (assistant director). 1965–77 Actress at the Youth Theatre (Hiacinta – Molière’s The Tricksters of the Skape 1969, directed by V. Čibiras, Varia – T. Jan The Girl and the Spring 1970, directed by D. Tamulevičiūtė, Nataša – A. Chekhov’s The Three Sisters 1971, directed by G. Žilys). 1968–92 acted at the Lithuanian Folklore Theatre. Since 1992 worked at the Lithuanian Theatre, Music and Film Museum. In 1996–2003, together with others, she created theatricalized Lithuanian folklore programs (Aukštaičių Folklore, Iš amžiu glūdumos 2 dalis, Mythical Creatures of the Sagas). She acted in television series (Regina – Sveika, Irena 1984–85, directors G. Dauguvietytė, K. Bagdonavičius, Regina – Mudu abudu 1992–93, Mudu abudu and others 1993–97, director G. Dauguvietytė), voiced about 120 animated films. She compiled the publication Vilnius Flyer Theatre “Vaidila” (2001).
