Since 2016, she has worked as a director of cultural events at the Kelmė Culture Centre.
She has a professional qualification as an actress and teacher. She applies her acquired professional knowledge to work in her community, writing and implementing cultural projects. She also develops artistic/educational programmes for children, as it is important to her that art not only has an aesthetic function, but also provides knowledge. She has staged performances dealing with the theme of socialisation between children with special needs and mainstream school pupils. She has presented this topic at various conferences.
