Since 2007 Vaida has been actively participating in exhibitions and art events, collaborating with other artists and curators, both in her personal practice and organisational activities, since 2014 she has been a lecturer at the Kaunas faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts of Kaunas, as well as a guest lecturer in various workshops. Collaboration, mentoring and education are inseparable parts of her personal creative process.
2011-2018 together with Daina Pupkevičiūtė she co-founded and curated the performance and live art festival CREATurE Live Art. Meno parkas galerija/Fluxus ministerija/POST galerija, Kaunas
2018 founded S MOM performance art platform, dedicated to the exploration of (un)motherhood in its various forms, curated from 2021 together with artist Guadalupe Aldrete (MX/AT), and realized in Kaunas, Vienna and Berlin.
