is a pianist and composer, one of the most prominent representatives of the Ukrainian jazz scene. His music combines contemporary jazz, minimalism, polyphonic formats, and is at times almost cinematic, constantly contrasting on the edge of human drama and meditation; his compositions are very personal, often referring to specific life situations and personalities.
After the outbreak of the war, he was forced to stay in Berlin, where he had already studied, in order to pursue his musical and charity activities. He recorded and performed with Nasheet Waits, Ben van Gelder, Seamus Blake, Satoko Fuji and others.
