The musical puppet show "The Wedding of the Spider" based on the poem by Justinas Marcinkevičius is a well-known tale about the wicked spider Tabalai, who plans to kidnap the Sun... The cheerful puppet play features a host of characters - forest animals, beetles and other creatures - created by the theatre's Master Puppeteer, puppet constructor Martynas Lukošius. 

The actors, who control the puppets and objects with sculptural shapes and ingenious designs, spice up the action with lively musical numbers, with music by composer Irmantas Jankaitis. This theatre piece is a chamber-like play full of witty mood and various stage tricks.
