Zarzuela is a Spanish national musical theater genre that combines vocal numbers, dialogues and dance in one performance. This production of ours is constructed from a variety of Spanish arias and songs, revealing both the peculiarities of different characters and the various twists and turns of the plot. The action takes place in a family tavern in a small Andalusian town, surrounded by cozy greenery and warmth. It houses music, sizzling  passions, plenty of wine and dancing. This music can't be performed or perceived indifferently - it just won't sound right. One simply must feel the heat of the South, the taste of wine, the temptations of a dark-eyed Spanish girl. Zarzuela will be like a breath of fresh air to everyone who is tired of today's realities - there will be sun, warmth and real feelings, a lot of passionate music, tango and flamenco dancing.
