Luck is a strange thing, but today you can have no doubt about it, as you have never been lucky. You have a unique and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get to know all the works of one of the most enigmatic geniuses of the Renaissance, William Shakespeare, on one theater stage in just... one and a half hours! We don't have a lot of time, so instead of a long, meaningful silence that lasts after rhetorical questions, an abundance of actors, costumes reminiscent of past centuries and impressive decorations, the performance will be fast-paced, three actors, nonsense and improvisations.
The play "Shakespeare's Writings Abridged" is based on the world-renowned Reduced Shakespeare Company play, which reveals the prevailing canons of interpretation of the mentioned author, allows you to question existing knowledge and look at it all with humor. The improvisational comedy is presented for the first time on the Lithuanian theater stage by the masters of absurd humor and art - director Linas Jurkštas and actors Danas Kamarauskas, Jurgis Marčėnas, Giedrius Zapalskis.
