The previous TRE camps have been well received, so we are continuing and are now inviting you to the third TRE weekend in the nature.
The TRE weekend is dedicated to the strengthening of a harmonious relationship with oneself and with one's environment. The main focus and all practices are aimed at renewing and improving the functioning of the nervous system.
We want to feel our body, release tensions, renew the nervous system and deepen the feeling of fullness. (Friday)

TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) is a series of simple physical exercises that activate the body's natural self-regulatory mechanism of shaking. This safe and therapeutic body shaking helps the person to release accumulated tension and stress.
During the exercises, the body begins to gently shake. This shaking in a safe and controlled environment helps to release tension from the body, resulting in a calming of the entire nervous system as the body releases. In this way, both the body and thinking relax and return to a state of calmness and safety.
TRE helps you to become more aware of your body's natural reactions in times of tension, and to release the tensions that inhibit the feeling of lightness and freedom.
