The internationally acclaimed Lithuanian ensemble Vilnius Municipality Choir "Jauna muzika" and its artistic director Vaclovas Augustinas, together with two of Lithuania's most outstanding performers, violinist Dalia Dėdinskaitė and cellist Gleb Pyshniak, present "Baltic Prayer", a programme of sacred music by composers from the Baltics, which received the highest praise at the Italian festival "Musica Sacra" in the Italian city of Pordenone, and then at the Vilnius Festival. Against the backdrop of today's war, the Baltic Prayer programme seeks to highlight and emphasise the unity and strength of the Baltic countries, a musical prayer for peace, support for Ukraine and its people.
