"Duo Andersson" is one of the brightest musicians of the young generation in Lithuania - violinist Julija Ivanovaitė and pianist Paulius Andersson. Winners of international competitions, they are constantly promoting the name of Lithuania abroad and aim to present rarely performed classical and contemporary music to the public. "We believe that there is a lot of interesting, enriching music that is less well known - all you have to do is look for it," say the performers. For the audience of the festival "Iš arti", the duo presents a programme of contemporary music "Acoustic Dances", reflecting the most pressing issues of contemporary society.
