Event description
For the third season, we invite our youngest audience members to our concerts, sometimes "coming" to the theatre with their parents in their arms. This time it would be more accurate to call the concerts Music for Little Feet, because choreographer Donatas Bakey has created a journey through fairy tales with little feet, and the concerts introduce not only classical music, but also classical dance in an engaging and entertaining way. These concerts develop children's hearing, plasticity, motor skills and sense of movement. The concert features classical music performed by the LNOBT Orchestra and excerpts from ballets for little ones performed on the LNOBT stage. The hosts - members of the LNOBT ballet company - will engage the little listeners and their parents in a musical game, they will have fun with the little ones, help them understand the language of dance symbols. The little ones will be involved in the action, together they will perform choreography created especially for them, and they will be taught the unwritten rules of behaviour at concerts. The project is partly funded by the Lithuanian Council for Culture
