"The heroine is a persistent, determined woman who acted for the benefit of the suffering and the downtrodden, for the benefit of truth and honor, freedom of speech, in the last hours of her life she is faced with the questions of the timely Death, which forces her to remember everything that happened and why the most important thing happened. The stage presents the biography of Felicija Bortkevičienė, a politician and social activist who survived several different regimes, based on documentary (archival) and scientific (published) sources, highlighting the drama of a personality who constantly faced persecution. Creative interpretation of facts allows actors to convey the characters' feelings, beliefs, and good hope through dialogues and movement. The viewer's imagination is left with the possibility of erasing the boundaries between periods in order to capture the main idea of the meaning of human being - to love, to create, to sacrifice, to protect. Irrespective of the historical circumstances and the injustices experienced".Andrius Vaišnys
