"Although no one expected that the world could turn like this already in post-historical postmodern times, in Europe there is a rampage of the darkness of dictators, an anti-civilizational genocidal war, which comes from Russia's insatiable ambition of imperialism aimed at destroying the nation and state of Ukraine.
