Fort Belcanto duet is the only duet in Lithuania, consisting of a father (voice) and daughter (piano) ensemble. The duet is characterized by the richness of an immeasurably wide repertoire, from the most famous opera arias to harmonized Lithuanian folk songs.Although the repertoire is extremely wide, the exceptionally low voice of Zenon Žakelis is most clearly reflected in the opera Father Dž. in Verdi's music. The most amazing thing is that the plots of the performed operas tell about the extraordinary relationship between father and daughter, fate, experiences and desires.
