The Claviola Trio began its creative activity in 2007, when they were students of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre - they were studying chamber ensemble in the classes of Prof. A. Pšibilskienė, and then Prof. J. Andrejevo. Currently, all members of the trio are doctoral students or Doctors of Arts of the Lithuanian Academy of Performing Arts.
The members of the ensemble are laureates of many international and republican competitions. They are active in the musical life of the country.
2008 Grand Prix (Lithuania) at the international competition "Music without Borders". 2008 1st prize at the Republican Lithuanian Chamber Music Competition. 2010 - 2nd prize at the International Competition Val Tidone (chamber music category) (Italy). 2011 - 1st prize in the International Chamber Music Competition "Jurmala 2011" (Latvia). 2011 - 1st prize in the Republican Lithuanian Chamber Music Competition for the second time. 2012 - 1st prize in the International Chamber Music Competition "Muzikinė Akvarelė" (Grand prix). 2012 In the 38th International Chamber Music Competition "Lyceum Club International de Suisse" in Switzerland, the trio was a finalist and won the special prize.
2011 the members of the trio took part in the international chamber music course "Prag-Wien-Budapest" (Austria), where they were evaluated and awarded with the prize of the Isa Chamber Music Prize (Isa Kammermusik-Preis). The ensemble has developed its skills under the tutelage of Professors H. Beyerle, A. Kouyoumdjian, E. Epshtein, J. Meissl, A. Keller, P. Prause, P. Schuhmayer, J. Talich, J. Talich, M. Gulyas, M. Gulyas, R. Baldini, H. Kefer, A. Bondurianskij, Y. Markovitch, and others.
Trio Claviola has participated in various international and republican festivals: the Pažaislis Music Festival, the Thomas Mann Festival, the contemporary music festival "Iš Arti", the Gargždai Music Festival, the Rokiškis Classical Music Summer Festival, the Muzikinis ruduo Festival, the concert series "Interpretations of the Young Generation", the Druskomanija Festival, the E. Grieg and M. K. Čiurlionis Festivals in Kaunas, Neu/Now Festival in Tallinn and Harmos Festival in Portugal. Members of the Trio Claviola participate in events organised by the Lithuanian National Philharmonic.
The ensemble members have studied at the Paul Dukas and National Conservatories of Music and Dance in Paris (France), the Royal Academy in Copenhagen (Denmark), the Stuttgart Academy of Music (Germany) and the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester (Great Britain).
In 2011 and 2012, the members of the trio were awarded letters of appreciation from President Dalia Grybauskaite for their achievements. In 2012, the members of the Claviola Trio were awarded the Young Music Performer Award by the Ministry of Culture.
The trio's debut CD was recorded (at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Hall) and released in 2013.
The Claviola Trio has performed around 17 premieres, most of which are dedicated to the trio (O. Balakauskas (2 opuses), J. Juozapaitis, V. Germanavičius (2 opuses), R. Mačiliūnaitė, A. Kubiliūnas (2 opuses), J. Jurkūnas, A. Mikoliūnas, A. Maslekovas, D. Boukouvalas, J. Polaczyk, and others).
