Lina Žilinskaitė (born in 1994) started her music studies in 1999 at the Kaunas A.Kačanauskas Music School in the Pop Singing class (teacher J.Miliauskaitė). In 2000, she joined the Kanklės class (teachers J.Mykolaitytė and J.Senkutė) while also studying solo singing (teachers J.Krūvelienė and G.Jakelaitytė). From 2010 to 2013, she continued her Kanklės studies at the Juozas Gruodis Conservatory in Kaunas (teachers I.Spalinskaitė and L.Naikelienė) and also took a singing course (teacher B.Sodaitytė). In 2017, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Kanklės Performance and Pedagogy (taught by Prof. L.Naikelienė) and in 2019, with a Master's degree in Kanklės Performance (taught by J.Daunytė).
Lina Žilinskaitė expands her skills as a Kanklės musician and performer by participating in various international festivals, music camps, and projects. In 2012, 2014, and 2015, she took part in the AGATOS Music Performers and Creators camp. In 2016, during her studies, she went to the Sibelius Academy of Music (Finland, Helsinki) through the ERASMUS exchange program. In the same year, she participated in the "Open Opus" masterclasses at the National School of Stage Arts in Denmark.
Since 2013, Lina Žilinskaitė has been working as a musician in various events and concerts as an independent performer, and since 2020, she has started her career as a Kanklės teacher.
