Asta Krikščiūnaitė - singer (soprano), head of the Department of Singing at LMTA, laureate of the Lithuanian Culture and Art Prize. A. Krikščiūnaitė performs music of various genres - operas, oratorios, chamber music, opus of contemporary composers and collaborates with domestic and foreign symphony and chamber orchestras. A. Krikščiūnaitė performed more than 700 works of various genres, created memorable opera roles in Lithuanian, Estonian, Polish, Finnish and theaters.QuinCelli, a cello quintet of new forms of expression, sound, color and harmonic purity, had its first debut concert in 2002. At the Pazaislis music festival. After the formation of the current line-up of performers in a few years, since 2005 the collective has been intensively performing concerts in Lithuania and abroad. QuinCelli's repertoire includes works by composers A. Vivaldi, S. Joplin, J. S. Bach, N. Rota, H. Villa-Lobos, A. Piazolla and various genres - jazz compositions, polkas, waltzes, etc. Musicians from the Lithuanian National Symphony and Lithuanian Chamber Orchestras play in the ensemble.
