Oleksandr has become an icon on cartridge and gun cases. From being a symbol of death, they are transformed into works of art - an expression of unwavering vitality. Since the annexation of Crimea in 2014, Ukrainian artist Oleksandr Klimenko, together with his wife Sofya Atlantova, has been painting icons on ammunition boxes.
